A Night of Conversation: The Origins and Theology of Sin

“What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound?”

It sure does seem like sin is a dirty word. Some won’t mention the word and others seem to never stop saying it. What do we do with the word sin? What does it mean? How do we live without sinning or should we even worry about it at all because of grace? Some people define it so broadly you never know what you’re doing wrong (which is most likely everything) and others define it so narrowly that you might as well never think about it.

But without sin, you have no cross, no forgiveness, no redemption. It is what Christ has saved us from. And Paul says it is what leads to death… so maybe we should talk about it?

On February 21st at 7pm we’ve invited Pastor Simon McIntyre, part of the C3 Global Exec Team and recent C3 Americas oversight, to have a conversation with us about the theology of sin. From the Genesis origins to the victory of the cross.

We will have a time where Ps Simon teaches on the key concepts and ideas which will be followed by a time of question and response. You can use the form below to submit questions and we will also take questions on the night.

We would love to have you there! Please RSVP below and add any questions you might have as well.
